Supervision
As a clinical supervisor, I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where therapists can reflect, grow, and build confidence in their practice. My approach is flexible and responsive to what you bring, whether it’s client work, professional challenges, or personal development as a practitioner.
Having trained at the Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy, I am experienced in both the 7-Eyed Model of supervision and the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM). This allows me to adapt to your individual needs, ensuring our sessions focus on what’s most important to you, whether you're seeking reflective space or practical guidance.
In our supervision sessions, you can expect:
-
A safe, non-judgmental environment to explore your work
-
Support with complex cases or professional dilemmas
-
Flexible, tailored supervision informed by both the 7-Eyed Model and IDM
-
Thoughtful discussion of ethical and professional challenges
-
Encouragement to build confidence and skills in your practice
Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just starting out, I’d love to work with you to help you feel empowered and supported in your role.
