My Approach
As a therapist, I wholeheartedly believe in the power of personalised therapy. Together, we'll collaboratively create a unique therapy plan that's tailored specifically to your needs and preferences. You're not just a name on a piece of paper — you're a valued individual deserving of dedicated care and attention. My commitment is to provide you with a non-judgmental and confidential space where you can freely decompress and explore your thoughts and feelings. I want you to feel empowered to recognise the changes you wish to make and supported in taking the necessary steps towards achieving them.

I offer both short and long-term therapy sessions, conducted online, face-to-face, or over the telephone. This flexibility gives you the freedom to choose what works best for you, especially on those days when you might find it easier to communicate from the comfort of your own home. Alternatively, if you prefer a change of scenery, we can meet for a walk or sit down for a chat over coffee at my Bolton office. Whatever option you select, my priority is to ensure your comfort and convenience throughout our sessions.

Just as you evolve, your needs may shift throughout our journey together. I'm here to provide a flexible approach and support you every step of the way. While I don't wield a magic wand, I'm committed to walking beside you as we explore new paths in therapy. Whether we're in traditional sessions or amidst the serene backdrop of outdoor therapy, my aim is to empower you until you're ready to embrace new horizons.

While my practice primarily focuses on issues related to trauma and attachment, I also offer support for various other challenges, including bereavement/loss, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trust issues, work-related stress, and concerns related to LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity. With a deep understanding of the impact of trauma and attachment experiences, I provide personalised support aimed at healing past wounds and fostering healthy attachment patterns.
