Walk & Talk Counselling

As with the words from the quote, walk and talk counselling is a fantastic opportunity for you to take that road less travelled and feel empowered to see what lies round the next bend whilst also providing some time and space to just sit, reflect and process the enormity of life with all that entails; sometimes it might seem wonderful and full of the delight of squirrels as they run and play or it might catch us by surprise like the noises of wildlife as they scurry in the undergrowth and we are blind to know whether they pose a threat or not. Having someone there beside you in that journey from both a physical, spiritual and emotional standpoint can awaken us at our core and help us find a sense of inner peace. You may also find it easier to talk as some comfort is often found in being able to channel your emotions into your range of movement as you walk.
